Myth vs Reality · The Navagraha
'Graha' does not mean planet
Why the Sun, Moon, Rahu and Ketu sit together in one list, and what the word really means. Every source named.
Read the piecehow it works, house by house
Your chart is twelve houses. Here is how we read them.
Scroll to watch a sample chart turn into one clear answer. Every step is something the calculation service computes for you.
1 · the housesA chart is made of twelve houses
Each house is one part of life: self, wealth, home, marriage, career and more. This is Aarav's sample chart, with a Cancer lagna.
2 · the planetsNine grahas sit in those houses
Jupiter sits in the 1st, the Sun and Mercury in the 2nd, the Moon in the 11th. Where a graha sits colours that part of life.
3 · the strengthSome houses are stronger than others
Ashtakavarga gives each house a score out of 56 bindus. Gains (35) and health (33) are strong here. Change (21) asks for care.
4 · the timingYour dasha decides which houses speak now
Aarav runs Venus mahadasha until 2040. Venus sits in the 3rd and rules the 4th and 11th, so courage, home and gains lead these years.
5 · the sky todayTransits colour this year
Saturn is moving through the 9th house of fortune. Jupiter is in the 1st and then moves into the 2nd house of income.
6 · your questionVaani reads only the houses your question needs
Ask about a job change, and Vaani reads the 10th, 2nd, 6th and 11th houses, then cites each one in the answer.

Wait for Jupiter. Once it moves into Leo it looks at your 10th house, so interviews after that go better.
